• A Night at the Museum 2025 will take place at the Wright Museum of Art on the Beloit College Campus on June 20th, 2025. You can find more information about the museum here.

    Doors open at 6pm and the program starts at 7pm. Arriving early is recommended in order to have time to get a drink, dance to the band, and take pictures at the photo booth! You can put the event on your calendar by clicking here.

  • 6pm: Doors open and band starts playing

    6pm-7pm: Grab your welcome packet from registration, enjoy the hors d’oeurves, get a drink from the bar, look over the silent auction, and dance to the band! Don’t forget to take a look at your beautiful surroundings and enjoy the art on display.

    7pm: Program starts

    8pm-10pm: Dance to the DJ, bidding for the silent auction closes at 9:30pm!

  • Children are welcome! This is an event that is tailored to adults, but if you would like to bring your children, you are more than welcome to do so.

  • Both hot and cold hors d’oeurves will be served, along with appetizer platters. There will not be a full sit down dinner, but there will be generous amounts of food. Due to dietary restrictions of people close to the organization, there will be both traditional appetizers along with those that are gluten free and vegan, to appeal to all guests.
